1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BotCruit’s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

BotCruit provides AI-driven mock interview experiences, feedback analytics, and institutional dashboards for performance tracking. Our services are available for:

• Institutions / Corporates: Admins can schedule, monitor, and analyze interview results.
• Students/Aspirers: Individuals can take AI interviews for self-evaluation and improvement.

We continuously update and enhance our offerings — features may change or be upgraded without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account will be deemed as authorized by you.
• You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes, including uploading false or harmful data.
• Institutions are responsible for ensuring their aspirer data is shared with consent and used solely for assessment purposes.

4. Payments & Pricing

• B2B clients: Custom pricing based on the chosen plan (Base/Pro).
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven transaction failure or technical error.
• BotCruit reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce new plans with prior notification on the website.

5. Data Usage & Retention

• Interview videos, responses, and analytics data are stored securely for up to 3 months from creation, unless extended under institutional agreement.
• Data may be anonymized and used to improve AI models, analytics accuracy, and user experience.
• BotCruit does not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, AI models, algorithms, interface design, and trademarks are the sole property of BotCruit.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written consent.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded resumes and responses but grant BotCruit a limited right to use them for service delivery and product improvement.

7. Service Availability

While BotCruit strives for 24×7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments once made are non-refundable.
• In case of payment deduction without successful access, users may request a refund via info@botcruit-ai.in, subject to verification.
• B2B contracts follow the refund or termination clauses as per mutually signed MoU or agreement.

9. Termination of Use

BotCruit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Institutions may terminate their subscription by written notice, subject to agreed contract terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BotCruit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Feedback reports and AI assessments are indicative tools and should not be treated as absolute hiring decisions or career advice.

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
