1. D2C (Aspirers/Individual Users)

Refund & Cancellation Rules

  • All payments are final once the interview is allotted.
  • Refund is not applicable if the interview is terminated by the end user.
  • In the rare case of technical failure or payment deduction without successful interview allotment, users may request a refund by contacting info@botcruit-ai.in. Refunds will be processed after verification.

2. B2B (Institutions/Corporate Clients)

Contract-Based Plans (Base/Pro)

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms specified in the signed MoU or service agreement.

3. General Terms

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited via the original payment method wherever possible.
  • No Returns: As our services are digital and consumed online, returns are not applicable.
